Our Students Shone at the WSNO High School Tour & Tea

Ten New Orleans area high schools exhibited at our annual High School Tour and Tea, a vehicle for showcasing our 7th and 8th Grade students. Enrollment Director Margaret Runyon began with an introduction for all, followed by a welcome from Head of School Mr. Peychaud. Ms. Nelson then named each of her 7th Grade students, next the 8th Graders introduced themselves by saying their names and a little bit about themselves.

The fun began when everyone mingled and talked, getting to know each other and learning more about the particulars of each school.

We were thrilled to welcome two WSNO alumnae, De La Salle High School Senior Kylie Curry (WSNO Class of 2016) as well as New Harmony High School Sophomore Kira Tonkin (WSNO Class of 2018).

The following schools graciously participated in the event:

Benjamin Franklin High School

Brother Martin High School

De La Salle High School

International High School of New Orleans

Morris Jeff High School

New Harmony High School

New Orleans Center for Creative Arts (NOCCA)

NOLA Micro Schools

St Augustine High School

Warren Easton Charter High School
